Bevcina Relax · Terms of Use

The routine, step by step

These are the terms for using Bevcina Relax. Like the app, they go one step at a time: read each one, then move to the next. Effective 5 November 2026.

Read · Agree

Accepting these terms

Bevcina Relax ("the app") is published by Mia Barrett ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Pause here · Important

Not a medical therapy

Bevcina Relax is not medical therapy and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified health professional. The routines are general, self-guided relaxation techniques. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

  • Don't use the app if you have an injury, recent surgery, a fracture, a blood-clotting disorder, inflammation, skin conditions in the area, or you are pregnant, unless a health professional has approved it.
  • Stop straight away if you feel sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness or anything else unusual.
  • If pain is severe, persistent, or follows an injury, see a medical professional.
  • In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Check · Who can use it

Eligibility

The app is meant for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Use · Your own pace

Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Respect · Fair use

What you agree not to do

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or its content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it.
  • Present the routines as professional or medical treatment, or use them to treat other people commercially.
  • Use the app in any unlawful way.
Know · Who owns what

Intellectual property

The app, including the body map, routine text, illustrations, design and the name "Bevcina Relax", belongs to Mia Barrett or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you no ownership rights.

Note · Purchases

App stores and payments

If the app or any in-app content costs money, the app store processes payment under its own terms. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app, though they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms against you where their store rules say so.

Expect · Changes over time

Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove routines and features, or stop offering the app. We aim to keep it working well but don't promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

Understand · As is

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as pain relief or reduced tension.

Understand · Your responsibility

Limitation of liability

You use the routines at your own risk and are responsible for judging whether a technique suits your body. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury caused by using the app against the guidance in Step 02. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

Close · Ending and law

Termination, changes and governing law

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date, and if you keep using the app afterwards you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the publisher is based, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
