Quick help by area
The most common questions, sorted the way the app is.
Picking a spot
Tap the area that bothers you most today. Tap a different area to switch. Nothing is locked in.
Moving through steps
Read the step, do it, then go to the next one. There's no timer, so take as long as you need.
Pausing midway
Close the app any time. Where it's supported, the app remembers your last step on this device.
If it hurts
Stop. Massage should feel relieving, not painful. For ongoing pain, see a doctor or physiotherapist.
Frequently asked
Tap a question to open the answer.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works without sign-up, and your choices stay on your device.
How long does a routine take?
As long as you want. Most people spend a few minutes per area, but the pace is entirely yours.
Can I do several areas in one evening?
Yes. Finish one routine, go back to the body map and pick another area.
Is this a replacement for physiotherapy?
No. Bevcina Relax is a simple self-guided relaxation routine, not medical therapy. See the Terms of Use for safety guidance.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There are no analytics, ads or trackers. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
The app isn't remembering my last step.
Check you're on the latest version. Clearing app data or reinstalling resets saved progress, because it's stored only on your device.
A screen looks wrong or text is cut off.
Try restarting the app. If it still happens, send us your device model, OS version and a short description.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through the app store, so refunds are requested from Apple or Google directly, under their policies.
Still feeling stuck?
Tell us what's going on. Include your device and app version if it's a technical issue. Please don't send private medical details. We can't give medical advice.
